Cookies and browser storage
The website does not include advertising. Aggregate usage statistics do not use cookies or browser identifiers. Technical storage is used for campus access and to remember your chosen preferences.
First-party items
| Item | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| campus_session (cookie) | Identify the campus session and protect access. HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS. | Session cookie. The campus limits access to 30 minutes of inactivity and 12 hours after sign-in. |
| servidores-theme (localStorage) | Remember the calculator’s light, dark, or system theme. | Until you change the preference or clear website data. |
Country and region statistics
To break down page views by approximate country and region, the server temporarily processes the connection’s IP address and consults a local geographic database. It does not use GPS, send the IP to an external API, retain the IP in statistics, or associate this breakdown with a user account. Only aggregate daily country and region counts are stored for 180 days, visible only to administrators. A VPN or proxy may place a visit at its exit point.
This breakdown adds no cookies or browser identifiers. Browser storage is not used to identify unique visitors. Read more in Privacy.
Google and YouTube
Google sign-in is optional and redirects you to Google for authentication. In the campus, video thumbnails are requested from YouTube when sections are displayed. These requests communicate connection data, such as your IP address, to Google.
The YouTube player loads when you press play, using youtube-nocookie.com. This mode reduces tracking before playback, but does not make the service anonymous: when you use it, Google may process data and use storage under its policies. Read Google’s privacy policy.
Managing your data
You can clear cookies and storage in your browser settings. Deleting the campus cookie means you will need to sign in again; deleting the theme preference restores the system theme. External services manage their own privacy controls.
More information about the controller, purposes, and your rights is available in Privacy.
