Data and purposes

We store your name, email address, Google identifier if you choose that sign-in method, approval status, assigned courses, sections you mark as completed, test results and attempts, and issued certificates. If you use a password, we store its cryptographic hash, not the readable password. We also record the date and time of your latest authenticated campus activity, visible only to administrators for access management and service monitoring. This feature does not record keystroke histories or field contents. We also retain administrative operation logs and attempt controls to protect accounts.

We use this data to process your application, provide access to assigned training, retain your progress, assess tests, issue completion certificates, and send verification or account recovery messages. The basis is managing the service you request and our legitimate interest in protecting it from abuse. We cannot create an account without the required identification data. An administrator approves access; admission decisions are not automated.

Services involved

The servidores.tech website is hosted by Hostinger. Google provides optional sign-in, and Gmail delivers service messages. We do not request access to your mailbox, documents, or contacts when you sign in. Administrators can view accounts, assignments, and progress to manage the campus.

YouTube thumbnails are requested from Google when sections are displayed. The external player loads when you press play; Google may receive connection information and process it under its policy. You can read the policies of Google and Hostinger, including their international processing and safeguards. The NAS installation is a separate environment, and its accounts are not synchronized with production.

Cookies and retention

The campus uses a technical session cookie to identify you and protect forms. It does not include advertising. Sessions end after 30 minutes of inactivity or 12 hours after sign-in. Training data is retained while you keep your account; you can request account deletion. Any data that must be retained for applicable obligations or to resolve issues will be limited to those purposes.

Usage statistics

Administrators view daily counts of page views, calculator uses, and generated reports, as well as student accounts and first certificates per course. Existing campus records also provide aggregate course progress and counts of test attempts and passes. The dashboard displays course and module titles, but not student names, email addresses, exam answers, or calculator configurations. We do not identify unique visitors or create browsing profiles; this feature uses no cookies or browser identifiers.

To break down page views by approximate country and region, the server temporarily processes the connection’s IP address and consults a local geographic database. It does not use GPS, send the IP to an external API, retain the IP in statistics, or associate this breakdown with a user account. Only aggregate daily country and region counts are stored for 180 days, visible only to administrators. A VPN or proxy may place a visit at its exit point.

Web counts are retained for 180 days. To limit abuse, we apply a global event quota without storing IP addresses or connection identifiers in statistics tables. Expired counts are removed on the next use. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these browser events. Collection takes place on the public HTTPS domains; NAS and production data remain separate.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, or objection by writing to the contact above. We may verify your identity to protect your data. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Google sign-in is optional; you can manage its authorization from your Google account.

Email enquiries and browsing

If you write to efren@servidores.tech, we process your address and message to respond to your enquiry. The hosting provider may log technical connection data to serve and protect the website. We do not use these messages for marketing campaigns or include advertising.
